HIGH POINT – In addition to expanding its showroom here in time for the Sept. 14-15 Premarket, outdoor furniture resource 300 South Main is entering the motion seating category.
The company will take over the entire former Philip-Davis Building, a historic landmark at 300 S. Main St., to provide more than 17,000 square feet of exhibition space between two floors. That’s more than double the 7,000 square feet the company utilized to date.
The upstairs will the company’s successful existing outdoor furnishings line while the downstairs main level will feature 300 South Main’s new product category of leather and fabric motion furniture.
“Due to COVID-19, Fall market will look and operate differently this October,” said 300 South Main President Ken Salm. “Our newly expanded showroom will allow us to display our new innovative products, launch into new categories, as well as provide enough space to properly social distance and follow the CDC guidelines.”
He said the space will continue to keep the company on a very fast-track of growth.
“We have been experiencing rapid growth in North America,” Salm said. “Our new showroom provides additional opportunities to collaborate with our retailer network to help them grow their business.”
