COMPTON, Calif. — Diamond Mattress launched a redesigned website to better serve both retailers and consumers with enhanced content that is clearer and more engaging to tell the company’s 80-year manufacturing history.
With the goal of balancing the needs of retailers and their customers, the website redesign achieved a simpler overall design and improved information hierarchy so that visitors can quickly shop and buy, learn more about products, technology and components that go into the mattresses, and contact a Diamond Mattress sales representative as a retailer or consumer, the company said.
Retailers can use the redesigned website as a selling and education tool with product information, images and video content that explains the technology used in the mattresses.
Retail sales associates can now quickly access the sales training modules of Diamond Mattress University, the company’s training program. The site prioritizes Education in the top menu, making it easier for retailers and their sales team to get sales and product knowledge through the website. The program is mobile-friendly and can also be accessed via smartphone and tablet, the company said.
Retailers interested in private label opportunities with Diamond Mattress can easily learn about the program and process through the top menu item Private Label and through the Partner with Diamond link in other areas of the website.
For consumers, the red Shop Now button is front and center, navigating to the full product page with filtered search capability. The home page also shows consumers a promotional offer displayed in a top banner and, with a short scroll down, they can view Featured Products, mattress reviews, video on The Diamond Difference and more.
