NILES, Ohio — Levin Furniture Chairman Robert Levin and co-CEOs Matt Schultz and John Schultz are opening the first-ever Levin Furniture and Mattress Outlet on July 23.
The new 65,000-square-foot outlet store is located at 85 Holland Road in Niles, Ohio, in the former Gander Mountain location at the Eastwood Mall. The new outlet store will include $3 million of inventory from the recently closed Ohio Valley stores, all available for sale at significant discounts.
Since July 3, the new Levin Furniture company also has opened nine furniture and nine mattress stores, bringing its total to 19 Levin locations: 10 in Pittsburgh and nine in Ohio. A new Levin Mattress store opened in Butler, Pa., on July 11.
“The first-ever Levin Furniture and Mattress Outlet is a new concept for our brand that will offer customers a unique opportunity and shopping experience to find quality home furnishings at great values,” said Matt Schultz. “The store will be stocked with a variety of high quality furniture, mattresses and accessories for the home. Inventory will include special buys, one-of-a-kind pieces, floor samples, discontinued merchandise and special buys.”

The Levin Furniture stores were recently acquired through the bankruptcy process when the previous owner closed all of its stores earlier this year. The plan since this past March was to open as many of the original stores as possible; however, leases could not be secured on all of the former locations. Additional Levin stores may open over time.

- Ohio Valley outlet store in Niles, Ohio
- Cleveland-area furniture stores in Oakwood Village, Mentor, Middleburg, North Canton and Avon, Ohio.
- Cleveland-area mattress stores in Mayfield, Stow and Strongsville, Ohio
- Pittsburgh-area furniture stores in Monroeville, Wexford, Pleasant Hills and Greensburg, Pa.
- Pittsburgh-area mattress stores in Cranberry Township, Washington, Mt. Lebanon, two in Pittsburgh and Butler, Pa.
