HIGH POINT – Steven Allegrezza has joined the International Home Furnishings Representatives Assn. as director of digital strategies/marketing, a new position for the organization.
In his new role, Allegrezza will be responsible for amplifying IHFRA’s digital footprint, both internally and externally. “While the Covid-19 pandemic has caused other entities to pull in their horns, IHFRA believes the time is right to invest in our company, bring in new talent with the tools to help us build our group and take IHFRA to new heights,” said IHFRA President John Pinion IV. “The digital landscape and all the technology associated with it is the key that will unlock the door to the independent rep’s success moving forward.
“Steven’s understanding of both the technology and how it factors into our business makes him the perfect choice to help our members not only survive, but to thrive in the turbulent days ahead.”
Allegrezza added, “Now, more than ever, the independent rep is going to be relied on to provide sound solutions to their supplier and retail customers. The rep’s fluency in technology and the digital landscape will be critical to the process and my goal is make sure our members have those tools available to them.”
